3-Day Refund Policy

At Business in Da Box, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 3-day refund policy under the following terms:

  • You may request a refund within 3 calendar days of your original purchase date.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [your support email] within the 3-day period.

  • Refunds apply only to first-time purchases unless otherwise stated.

  • After 3 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed

  • Completed services, consultations, or coaching sessions

  • Customized or personalized services

  • Subscription fees after the 3-day period

 

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
